DocFlow is a PDF tools application that primarily operates locally on your device.

To improve application quality, reliability, analytics, and advertising functionality, certain third-party services integrated into the app may automatically collect limited information such as:

Data Storage

All PDFs, images, and generated files are stored locally on your device.

• Your files remain on your device
• No files are uploaded to our servers
• Your data is not accessible to UK Solutions
• You maintain complete control over your files
• Output files are saved only with your permission
• The app does not provide cloud backup services

Permissions

DocFlow may request the following permissions:

• Photos / Media / Storage: To select input files (images, PDFs) and save output files to your device
• Internet: Required for displaying advertisements and analytics
• Notifications (if applicable): For task completion and app-related notifications

Permissions are requested only when required for core app functionality.

PDF & File Processing

All PDF and file processing operations in DocFlow — including merging, splitting, compressing, converting, protecting, and unlocking PDFs — occur entirely on your device. This includes:

• PDF merging and splitting
• PDF compression
• Image to PDF conversion
• PDF to image export
• PDF password protection and removal

No file content is transmitted to UK Solutions servers during any of these operations.

Advertising

DocFlow displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Advertising revenue helps support ongoing maintenance, feature development, and free access to the application.

Google AdMob may collect and process certain information, including:

• Advertising identifiers
• Device information
• App interaction information
• Approximate location information

Advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized depending on applicable laws, user consent, and device settings. You may opt out of personalized advertising through your device's Google Settings > Ads.

Sharing Documents

DocFlow allows users to share output files using Android's built-in sharing functionality.

• Sharing is initiated only by the user
• Files are shared directly from your device
• We do not monitor or track shared files
• Third-party apps used for sharing have their own privacy policies

Third-Party Services

DocFlow uses trusted third-party services that may collect information to improve functionality and support advertising.

• Firebase Analytics – Anonymous usage analytics

Analytics and diagnostic information does not include your PDF or file content.

Since your files remain on your device:

• Your file security depends on your device security
• We recommend using device lock features
• UK Solutions cannot recover lost files
• We recommend backing up important files using your preferred storage solution

Children's Privacy

Our Service is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. However, third-party services such as Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics may process limited technical information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Your Rights

You maintain full control over your files.

• You may delete files at any time
• You may uninstall the application at any time
• You may manage permissions through device settings
• You may reset advertising identifiers through device settings
• You may control advertising preferences through your Google account settings
